GotMini — Your Miniatures, Organized. Your Games, Elevated.
GotMini is the smart, modern way to manage your entire collection of miniatures and scenery — and to see the collections of everyone you play with. Whether you are a dedicated hobbyist slowly building a display shelf, a gamemaster preparing the next big encounter, or part of a gaming group with hundreds of minis spread across multiple homes, GotMini brings everything together in one place: what you own, what your friends own, and who currently has what on loan.
Most gaming groups already have everything they need to run a great session — it is just scattered across several people's shelves, boxes and memories. GotMini turns that scattered pile into a single, searchable, shared library, so nobody ever again has to ask "does anyone have a giant spider?" in the group chat the night before a session.
A living inventory of everything you own
Add every miniature and piece of terrain you own to your own roster, called Sellswords. For each one you can record a name, a short description, how many physical copies you actually have, its size category (from Tiny up to Gargantuan), and where it stands in your personal pipeline — Desired, Acquired, Built, In Preparation, Playable, or simply Broken. Free-text tags let you group minis however makes sense to you (by faction, by game system, by campaign, or anything else), and you decide per mini whether you are even willing to lend it out at all.
Photos matter. Attach up to ten images per mini, crop them right inside the app, add a short caption to each, and choose the order they are displayed in. Upload straight from your phone without worrying about file size — oversized photos are automatically shrunk to fit, so there is no fiddling with an image editor first. A well-photographed collection is not just satisfying to browse; it is also what convinces someone else to ask you for a loan.
Privacy that scales with trust
Not every mini needs to be visible to the whole world, and not every visitor to your profile should be treated the same. Each mini has its own visibility: keep it Private and only you will ever see it, mark it Restricted and it opens up only to the people you have an active alliance with, or make it Member for any user to browse. You are always in control of exactly how much of your collection is on display, and to whom.
Build your circle with alliances
An alliance is simply a connection between two players that unlocks each other's Restricted and Member minis for borrowing. Invite your regular gaming group, or ask to follow someone whose collection you have heard about, and once accepted their minis appear right alongside your own in your shared gallery. Alliances are the foundation that makes the rest of GotMini's sharing and lending features possible — without one, everyone's shelves stay private by default.
Browse, search and discover
Once your alliances are in place, the shared gallery (called Outlaws) becomes your window into everyone's collection at once. Filter by name, owner, size, status, tags, quantity, whether a mini is lendable, or whether you have marked it as a favorite — and save any filter you use often so you never have to rebuild it. Switch between a compact list and a full photo gallery depending on whether you are scanning quickly or browsing for inspiration, and sort the results by name, owner or size in either direction. Star your favorite finds so you can jump straight back to them later, whether or not you end up borrowing them.
Borrowing, made painless
Spotted the perfect miniature in someone else's collection? Add it to your roster, adjust the quantity you need, and pick the dates you would like to borrow it for. When you are ready, turn your roster into real loan requests with a single click — you can even save a favorite combination of minis as a template roster to reuse for the next session, so you are not rebuilding the same request from scratch every month.
From there, every loan follows a clear, predictable journey: a request starts as a Draft only you can see, becomes Requested once you send it, can be Reserved by the owner while they get it ready, turns Active once the minis are actually in your hands, and finally comes back as Returned. Either side can end things early too — the owner can reject a request, and you can cancel one you no longer need. At every step, both people can see exactly where things stand, and a built-in chat attached to each loan keeps the conversation about pickup times, condition and any special requests in one place, complete with typing indicators and read receipts.
A dashboard that keeps you in the loop
Log in and your dashboard immediately shows you what matters: how many minis you can see across your whole network, what is sitting in your roster waiting to be requested, how many alliance invitations are still pending a reply, and a running count of every incoming and outgoing loan grouped by status. No digging required — everything you might want to act on today is one click away.
Yours, the way you like it
Your own preferences page lets you set sensible defaults for new minis, choose whether the shared gallery opens in list or photo view, control how many rows show per page, and — if you lend minis out yourself — require a loan date or a chat message before anyone can send you a request, so you are never caught off guard.
Built for tabletop enthusiasts
Whether you play Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, Warhammer or any other miniature-driven game, GotMini gives you the tools to organize, share and borrow the models that bring your table to life. It replaces group chat photo dumps, forgotten "who has my dragon" conversations, and mystery boxes in the garage with one shared, always-up-to-date library that your whole group can rely on.
